6th Kups practice three step sparring numbers, eight, nine and ten.

Semi Free Sparring |

Three Step Semi free sparring is designed as a strep forward from Three Step Sparring. At 6th Kup basic three step semi free sparring is practiced. This consists of the Attacker stepping forward three times and performing a front kick, side kick and a turning kick. The defender defends with waist blocks and counter attacks with a reverse punch.
