The British Tae Kwon Do Council
The British Tae Kwon Do Council was formed on 21st April 1988, the Tae Kwon Do Association of Great Britain (T.A.G.B.) was a founder member of the B.T.C.
The B.T.C. is the governing body for the sport to of Tae Kwon Do in the United Kingdom. As such the B.T.C. is the only body recognised by Sport UK (formerly the United Kingdom Sports Council).
The B.T.C. consists of eleven different organisations representing more than 45,000 Tae Kwon Do practitioners.
