NEW ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR
Some of you may have noticed that there were some absentees at the grading on 12th May. This but not amongst the students, this time it was black belts who were missing. However on this occasion there was a good reason. Rebecca Rudolf 2nd Degree Black went to Bristol to attend the Part 1 Instructor Course, which she successfully completed. So congratulations to Rebecca who is now our newest Assistant Instructor. |
WELSH CHAMPIONSHIPS
The Welsh Championships were once again held at the National Indoor Athletics Arena, in Cardiff. This year we had three competitors attend Irene Eagleton, Oryan Lightning and Helen Morris. |
